I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people through the challenges that matter most. I work primarily with women and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, with a special focus on healing from trauma and working through depression.
I aim to create a safe and affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. In our sessions, we might explore emotions through Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, uncover life-long patterns with Adlerian and Narrative Therapy, connect with the body’s wisdom through somatic processing, or build practical coping strategies using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My approach is always collaborative and guided by your needs—we work together to uncover the roots of what you’re experiencing while also building on the strengths and resilience you already carry.
I practice through a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and anti-oppressive lens, with a commitment to truth, reconciliation, and ongoing learning. I am part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and bring that lived experience into my work. Above all, I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as you move toward healing, growth, and a stronger connection with yourself.
Outside of work, I spend as much time in the mountains as I can doing a variety of activities. I find the mountains nourishing for my soul and calming for my nervous system.
