Warm, practical therapeutic and assessment services!
As a psychologist and educator, I am committed to creating a warm, supportive space where parents, children, adolescents, and adults feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe that meaningful change begins with connection, and I work collaboratively with families and individuals to make sense of challenges in ways that feel compassionate, practical, and manageable.
Along with therapy, I provide comprehensive assessments for both children and adults. These evaluations help clarify learning, emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns, offering clear guidance and next steps for those seeking deeper understanding.
I support children and teens experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, school‑related pressures, and life transitions. I also work closely with parents navigating behavioural concerns, communication struggles, or the everyday complexities of raising children. My approach is calm and practical, grounded in empathy and genuine curiosity about each person’s story. I take time to listen, to understand what’s underneath the surface, and to offer guidance that feels both supportive and doable.
Clients often describe me as approachable, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where parents, young people, and adults feel safe to open up, reflect, and build tools that strengthen resilience and connection at home and within themselves.
In our work together, I blend insight‑oriented exploration with practical, evidence‑based strategies that can be used right away. My goal is to help families and individuals move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of hope.
If you are navigating parenting challenges, family stress, school‑related concerns, or are seeking assessment services, I would be honoured to support you with a warm, collaborative, and relational approach.
