Helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and practical direction. I provide a supportive, safe, and compassionate space while offering evidence-based, action-oriented strategies that foster meaningful
growth and lasting change.

I am a psychologist with a background in both psychology and education, dedicated to helping individuals better understand themselves and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I strive to bring a calm, thoughtful, and
practical approach to my work while creating a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely understood.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard. I take time to listen carefully and work collaboratively with clients to make sense of their experiences in ways that feel manageable, relevant, and empowering. Clients often describe me as approachable,
compassionate, practical, and easy to talk to, and I value building therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, warmth, and connection.

As an experienced educator, I have worked extensively with children and adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, academic, and life challenges. This background has provided me with valuable insight into human development, psychological wellbeing, and the unique challenges individuals face across different stages of life.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, I strive to provide a supportive, practical, and compassionate
approach tailored to your individual needs and goals. My aim is to help clients gain greater clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with increased
confidence and resilience.

In our work together, I balance insight-oriented exploration with evidence-based, action-focused strategies so clients not only feel understood, but also leave sessions with practical tools they can apply in everyday life. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting
change in ways that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
If you are looking for a supportive, collaborative, and practical approach to navigating life’s challenges, I would be glad to work with you.
