“We don’t have to do all of it alone.
We were never meant to.” – Brene Brown
Hello! My name is Rebecca Pink, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I believe that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals and families with strengths and potential waiting to unfold. Together, we work from a place of possibility, drawing on each person’s strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom in a spirit of hope and collaboration.
At the core of my practice is a welcoming and supportive environment, guided by the key principles of strength-based therapy, including empowerment, collaboration, positive mindset, and resilience. I strive to create a welcoming space that celebrates the diversity of the world and honours each person’s unique worldview. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and it is a privilege to walk alongside them as they share their stories and navigate their journeys.
My approach is flexible and integrative, shaped by each individual’s unique needs and goals. Rooted in a client-centered perspective, our work begins with building an authentic connection where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that therapy works best when that connection feels genuine and real, where we can show up as ourselves and work together with openness and honesty. Together we’ll focus on what feels the most helpful and meaningful to you, building on your strengths, nurturing resilience, and creating new possibilities for growth, healing, and lasting change.
As a daughter, mother, wife, sister, aunt, friend, and part of a family with a proud military background, I bring both professional knowledge and personal insight into the importance of relationships, belonging, resilience, and support.
Outside of work, when I’m not cheering on my favourite sports teams, I find joy and energy with my family in the mountains, from hiking and paddleboarding in the summer, to skiing in the winter.
