How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.
— ANNIE DILLARD
  • Paige is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has been committed to her inclusive practice for the past 3 years, welcoming clients of all genders, orientations, ethnicities, faiths, abilities, bodies, and backgrounds.

The learning and living that Paige has experienced both personally and professionally through her life has culminated into a belief and trust in the powerful healing capacity of being in relationship. Paige’s evidence-based, non-pathologizing therapeutic approach builds upon this restorative capacity wherein with renewed and moment-to-moment attunement she guides clients through witnessing, understanding, and healing what challenges them. With presence, playfulness, and patience, Paige collaborates with clients to return them to their own self-attunement equipped with the skills, perspectives, and confidence needed for sustained healing and resilience.

Drawing on the same principles she facilitates and teaches to clients, Paige engages both internal and external activism in her environmental and global communities by educating herself formally and informally, nourishing her fellow humans with food and love, marinating in nature, and volunteering her energy however she can. Paige believes therapy as she has come to know and offer it, in its own small and significant way, can create a world that is safe and joyful for all life.
