Paige is a Provisional Psychologist who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. All are welcome in her inclusive practice: youth, adults, seniors, couples, and individuals of all genders, orientations, ethnicities, faiths, abilities, bodies, and backgrounds.
It takes courage and commitment to embark into therapy, and Paige recognizes the privilege it is to walk beside her clients, since they are the experts of their own lives. With empathy, respect, and humility, Paige offers different possibilities, skills, and perspectives to those experiencing struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, interpersonal issues, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, identity distress, grief, stress, and emotional disturbance.
Paige works collaboratively with clients to help them build the sort of life they want to live. She guides her clients through a learning process, helping them find different ways to manage difficult experiences and clarifying what truly matters. Paige’s therapeutic style includes approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, and relaxation strategies.
In an effort to embody her therapeutic style, Paige can typically be found intentionally engaging with her life; walking her dog, sipping tea while reading a book, hiking with friends, and savoring good food!
